Service

ClawGeeks provides managed AI agent hosting built on the OpenClaw platform. We deploy, configure, and maintain AI agents that connect to your tools via secure OAuth integrations and communicate through Telegram, Slack, and other channels.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All plans include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use ClawGeeks agents to send spam, harass others, violate laws, or attempt to circumvent security controls. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. Your agent acts on your instructions using your connected credentials — you are responsible for the actions it takes on your behalf.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee specific uptime percentages. Infrastructure runs on Hetzner Cloud in Europe with automated monitoring and daily backups. We will notify you of planned maintenance in advance when possible.

Liability

ClawGeeks is provided "as is." We are not liable for actions taken by AI agents on your behalf, data loss beyond our backup retention period, or third-party service outages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
